The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIA/SC) is a nonprofit trade association representing firms engaged in all aspects of building homes and communities throughout Southern California.

USGBC leads an unlikely diverse constituency of builders and environmentalists, corporations and nonprofit organizations, elected officials and concerned citizens, and teachers and students. The Producers' Council of Southern California has been serving the twelve local AIA Chapters since 1931. The PCSC selects a Liaison to serve each Chapter office and coordinate efforts to provide meaningful resources. As an AIA/CES Registered Provider, members provide a wide variety of presentations and events offering opportunities for AIA members to receive credits while enhancing knowledge and skills.
